Dr. Terry RialsDirector of MissionsDr. Terry Rials has been in Christian Ministry for thirty-two years. He now serves the Western Oklahoma Baptist Association as the Director of Missions after pastoring the Crestview Baptist Church of Oklahoma City for 28 years. He is a graduate of Oklahoma Baptist University (B.A., Applied Ministries), Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary in Fort Worth, Texas (M.Div.BL), and earned his doctorate (D.Min.) from Midwestern Baptist Theological in Church Revitalization. His dissertation project involved training pastors in the principles of revival and revitalization by equipping them to begin a revitalization project in their churches.

Dr. Rials has studied abroad in Israel, Egypt, and at Oxford University in England. He taught New Testament courses and Biblical Hermeneutics for Oklahoma Baptist University at its Oklahoma City campus. He has also taught the Church Revitalization classes for the Master of Arts in Theological Studies program at Midwestern Baptist Theological Seminary and contributed in Doctoral Seminars on campus.
Dr. Rials is active in leading church revitalization efforts in Oklahoma and nationally. He is a frequent conference speaker and teacher. He recently wrote The Nuts and Bolts of Church Revitalization with Dr. Tom Cheyney, available at www.amazon.com. His second book, The Spiritual Mechanics of Church Revitalization, is expected out in the Fall. His wife Kay is active in ministry and their son Hunter works in Physical Therapy.

Skylar is passionate about proclaiming the truth of Christ which, he believes, points people to Jesus Christ in the best and clearest way possible. He desires to see Trinity built upon the truths of Scripture, pointing all people to Jesus Christ, and honoring Christ in all that we do. He believes these things make for faithful, passionate followers of Jesus Christ.
Skylar is married to Jamie who is a 5th grade teacher. Skylar and Jamie were both raised in small western Oklahoma towns. They met each other while in college at SWOSU and while attending the Baptist Collegiate Ministries together. They enjoy playing board games, watching movies, and reading good books. They have two sweet baby girls - Emberly Rose and Adalynn Grace.

Pastor Terrell Romberg became the leader of First Baptist Church Cordell in July of 2011. He and his wife Patti were married in 1977 and they have two grown children, Jessica and Jason, who are also both married. Patti and Terrell have two granddaughters: Tavi Grace and Ellie Paige (who just happen to have their grandad wrapped around their little fingers). They also have two grandsons: Weston Eugene and Titus William.
